Pregnancy is a special and often exciting period for expectant parents, during which a lot will change. As a woman you quickly notice that your body is changing, while (almost) nothing is visible on the outside. Yet your child is already developing very quickly.
The first symptoms
When you are just pregnant, it is sometimes still a bit unreal. You may also experience the first symptoms of pregnancy, such as nausea or fatigue.
If you would like to visit us in advance, you are very welcome. You can take a free pregnancy test with us and ask us your first questions. We guide you on both a medical and personal level and we are happy to tailor our obstetric care to your needs.
Mothers for mothers
Do you want to help couples with fertility problems? You can participate in Mothers for Mothers from the 6th to the 16th week of pregnancy. They collect urine from pregnant women from which they extract the hCG hormone. This is then used to make medicines for fertility treatments.
If you want to participate in Mothers for Mothers you can register via www. Moedersvoor Moeders.nl. You can register as soon as you know you are pregnant up to and including the 11th week of your pregnancy. You can participate until the 16th week of pregnancy.
